Jim McCulley started his Environmental Consulting Firm in 1990 after working as the Head of the Wetlands Group for KCI Technologies and a Regulatory Biologist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District.

Watershed Eco performs all types of Environmental Consulting, Construction and Land Management, including wetlands, forest, rare species delineation, permitting and mitigation as well as storm water pond maintenance and management, invasive species control, habitat enhancement and environmental construction.

We currently serve Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia (Full Service) and Consulting only in New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Michigan and Texas.
