Basic Computer Skills
Appropriately start up and shut down your computer. Locating the power button and how to perform a hard shut down when PC locks up. Navigate the different operating systems and start applications. Example: Windows 7, Windows 10. Using a web browser to navigate the Internet. Manage print settings and print documents. Receive and send email. Perform basic functions in a MS Office (Word or Excel) spreadsheet and documents. Perform basic functions of file management and storage.
